Work Options Group Code of Conduct
Work Options Group is committed to providing an abuse-free environment to clients and their employees, to the care providers throughout our network and to our own employees. Work Options Group has a policy of zero tolerance for the following conduct by any individual at any time during the provision of services for, by or on behalf of Work Options Group:
- Abuse and Neglect: any form of abuse or neglect that compromises the safety, security or well-being of others;
- Discrimination: any form of discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, sexual orientation, genetic information, political beliefs or reprisal;
- Drug and Alcohol Abuse: any form of possession, use, manufacture or sale of illicit drugs and/or alcohol;
- Sexual Harassment: any form of sexual harassment, defined in law and regulation as behavior that has a sexual element, is unwelcome and would offend, intimidate or humiliate a reasonable person;
- Theft/Fraud: any type of theft or fraudulent behavior.
