Work Options Group is concerned about the security of your personal information. We
believe it is important for you to know how we treat and safeguard the

Internet. This Notice does not apply to information that may be collected offline.

Whenever a business entity subscribes to our services and provides such services to its employees,

subscriber and our service agreement with the business entity may require that

employee's use of the service such as service usage or location information. In
that case, the company's own privacy policy will govern how it treats that information.

"aggregate" information. Aggregate information is data we collect
about a group or category of services or subscribers from which individual subscriber identities have been removed. In other words, how you use a service

that we can better consider new services or tailor existing services to
employee/employer desires.

request information about our services or otherwise communicate with us through
the Internet. For example, you provide us with your billing address and credit

personally identifiable information when you submit a job application online.

whenever you interact with us. For example, we obtain certain types of information

For example, we may receive employment verification from your employer before

In general, we use "personally identifiable" information for billing
purposes, to provide services, to anticipate and resolve problems with your
service, or to create and inform you of products or services that better meet
your needs.
We collect e-mail addresses to improve our service to our customers. If you
believe you are receiving our communications in error or no longer want to
receive them, let us know and we will remove your name from our mailing lists.
Work Options Group will be judicious in the use of e-mail and paper mail. We
treat our customers as we ourselves would like to be treated.
WILL "PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE" INFORMATION BE DISCLOSED?
WorkOptions Group has a strong policy regarding the disclosure of your
information. We are NOT in the business of selling personally identifiable information to others and we disclose
"personally identifiable" information only in the following ways:
1. With Your Consent.
We may obtain your consent to disclose personally identifiable information in a
number ways, including in writing; verbally; online by clicking a button; or at
the time of initiation or use of any service when your consent is part of the
required terms and conditions to use the service. Sometimes your consent is
implicit. For example, if you request care through our Web site and request
that it occur in your home, you implicitly consent to our disclosure of your
name and address to a third party who will provide care.
2. Transaction Processing
We disclose personally identifiable information to third parties as necessary to
complete a transaction or perform a service in our behalf. When the third party
acts solely in our behalf, such as a care provider, Work Options Group will restrict
their use and disclosure of personally identifiable information. That means
that such third party, acting solely on our behalf, will not be permitted to
disclose "personally identifiable" information to another third party

Our services may let you take advantage of services and products offered by other
companies. In those cases, information about you received by those third
parties will be governed by their privacy policies. Whenever third parties have

well as in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership,

one of the business assets in the transaction.

Occasionally Work Options Group may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to
provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental
authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt
of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement
investigation, without prior notice to you. Work Options Group fully cooperates
with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for
illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies
any activities that we believe to be unlawful.

You should be aware that we have no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services.
We limit access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. An important part of protecting the security of personal information is your efforts to protect against unauthorized access to your user name and password and to your computer. Work Options Group makes no representations or warranties about the security of its Web access services or that your use will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of infection by viruses or other malicious codes or acts of third parties beyond our control.

WHAT ABOUT DISPUTES?
Any dispute over this Notice or its application to you is subject the terms and conditions of use of the particular Work Options Group service, including limitations on damages and arbitration of disputes.
