Success Stories
Our experience with Backup Care in Nashville was fabulous. Your sense of urgency and quick response in securing care for our 10-month-old daughter was much appreciated. The facility was in a great location. They were very courteous and treated our daughter very well. Thanks for your assistance.

I was in awe that a company could provide such a wonderful experience for my 91-year-old father. The specialist and the caretaker were such professionals and showed my father and I such compassion when we were in crisis.

OUR CONTRACTED PROVIDER NETWORK

A Proven History of In-Home and Center-Based Back-up Care

We operate the only national back-up care program with a proven history of offering both in-home and center-based care. This allows us the flexibility to resolve various breakdowns in child, adult and elder care situations, and to serve the broadest array of employees within an organization. The network includes only committed providers that are well aware of the challenges faced by working families when their normal arrangements fall through.

All of our contracted providers must complete a screening, credentialing and training process to ensure that they are complying with best business practices. Provider partners are required to have a signed agreement, a signed code of conduct, evidence of appropriate insurance, licensure and or a certificate of good standing as required by state requirements. We require that all of our contracted providers conduct comprehensive screening of all caregivers used in the services of the Backup Care Options program through criminal background checks, meticulous screening of reference checks and any additional screenings required by state law or regulation.

Higher Standards of Care

We are responsible for the recruitment and contracting of each licensed child and adolescent care center, in-home care agency, and nanny agency within our network. The company has worked vigorously since 1991 to develop strategic alliances with the most reputable and high-quality agencies and centers to form the foundation of our contracted National Provider Network.

Furthermore, we employ a Provider Relations Team whose only responsibilities lie in the areas of recruitment, training and ongoing communication with the National Provider Network. This team works closely with each of the contracted providers to make sure that all requirements and service levels are being met and that our clients’ caregiving needs are being addressed.

Depth and Breadth of Network

We have the largest and broadest network of providers to provide care anywhere and anytime.  Our National Provider Network serves not only cities and suburban communities but rural and remote areas as well.  The depth and breadth of our network instills confidence that our client employees' caregiving needs will be met.
