Cindy Carrillo – Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Cindy Carrillo oversees strategy, new product development, client relations, provider relations and communications. Her years of experience and expertise in the field of work/life management have helped Cindy position the company as a leader in the industry. Through her commitment to developing innovative and cost-effective services, she has created a thriving and highly successful organization that adheres to the highest level of integrity and dedication to its clients. Cindy holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver, specializing in organizational and strategic development. She has 25 years of experience in children’s programs and business, has published multiple articles on work-life issues, and has been a featured speaker for more than a dozen conferences and events. In 1994, Cindy was honored by the Department of Labor for her accomplishments in the field of work/life, and was honored as an Entrepreneur of Distinction in 2002.
Darrick Christopher – Chief Operating Officer
Darrick plans and directs all aspects of the organization's operational processes and is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Darrick is responsible for the management of IT, direct services, human resources and communications. Darrick has a degree in management from Clarkson University and a MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester in New York. He has extensive vendor and project management experience with both General Electric and Proctor & Gamble as well as experience in client solutions and process improvement.
Bob Benson - Board of Directors
Bob is Chairman of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). For the past 10 years he served as its President and CEO, during which time the organization grew from 15,000 to 57,000 members and became the largest membership association serving the massage therapy profession. Prior to becoming involved with ABMP, he served for 19 years as President of two public companies engaged in service businesses. At Children’s World, he became President when the company had a market cap of $400,000; he left 12 years later after it was sold for $117 million. At VICORP Restaurants, the company had lost money the two years before he joined management. During the next six years, it was progressively more profitable, exceeding $25 million in profit each of the last two years of his presidency. Before that, he was in public service as an analyst in the Office of Secretary of Defense, as a community organizer and policy director for the National Urban Coalition, and as a member of President’s Commission for a National Agenda for the Eighties. At various times, he has also served as a member of dozens of business and civic/government boards. Bob earned two degrees from Harvard University, a BA magna cum laude and an MBA with high distinction.
Larry Jones - Board of Directors
Larry has over 25 years of experience in building, operating and growing public and private technology companies. He has a proven track record of initiating growth and acquisition strategies in various industry segments, including marketing services, enterprise software, and information and IT services. Larry is the President and CEO of Denver-based StarTek, a leader in business process optimization services. He most recently served as principal of Aegis Management, LLC, which provides management consulting services. Previously, from 2004 until May 2006, he served as President and CEO of Activant Solutions, Inc., a software company that provides vertical ERP solutions for distribution industries. While at Activant, he accelerated revenue growth and executed three acquisitions and two public debt offerings, and filed for a public offering that was preempted by a sale of the company to funds affiliated with Hellman & Friedman and Thoma Cressey in May 2006. From November 2002 through July 2004, he was Chairman and CEO of Interelate, Inc., which provided outsourced customer relationship management services. From 1999 until 2002, Larry was President and CEO of MessageMedia, a NASDAQ listed e-marketing services company. He has also served as a director or held management positions at Exabyte, WebClients, Neodata Services, Inc., GovPX, Inc., Automatic Data Processing and Wang Laboratories.
John Moritz - Board of Directors
John is Co-President of Countryside Asset Management Corporation and has been with the firm since 1973. He is a licensed real estate broker, an active member of the Community Association Institute and Founding Member of the National Association of Realtors' Property Service Section, and a member of the Boulder Board of Realtors. He has been continuously involved in the real estate ownership and management business since 1973. John serves as a trustee for the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation and served on the Community Food Share Board for 16 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia in 1969.
