OUR STANDARDS

  • Work Options Group demands a high degree of excellence from our provider partners.  To ensure quality care, our standards cover 4 areas of compliance that are integrated into all our partnerships.  All in-home agencies and centers must meet or exceed applicable state licensing regulations and guidelines including background checks, health and safety standards, emergency response training, relevant child, adult, or elder care experience and more.
  • In addition, Work Options Group has created a comprehensive training program for provider partners, which outlines expectations for their caregivers when providing care to our clients.  This training helps guarantee that caregivers deliver a consistent and high level of quality service to our clients' loved ones.
  • We require that our provider partners meet Service Level Expectations that address 6 important areas of service and quality.
  • Our Provider Relations Team fosters strong relationships with our network of providers on an ongoing basis.  An identified Provider Manager is assigned to work closely with each of our contracted providers to make sure that all of our high standards and requirements are being upheld, and that our client’s needs are being met and addressed accordingly.

Please call our Provider Relations Team at 866.312.4332 to speak with a specialist about the details for qualifying to join our network, or request more information online at providers@workoptionsgroup.com.
