Employee Benefits Health Insurance/Dental Insurance
Employees may choose to enroll in the company health care plan for themselves and/or their families. Work Options Group contributes a flat dollar amount per month toward the total cost of health premiums. Dental insurance is available at a very reasonable cost. Work Options Group contributes 50% of the employee-only portion towards dental premiums.

401 K Retirement Plan
Employees may choose to invest in a retirement account and receive a matching payment from Work Options Group for up to 4% of their annual salary.

Group Term Life/AD&D and Short Term Disability Insurance
Employees are automatically enrolled in both group term life and short-term disability, which are both paid 100% by Work Options Group.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may elect to participate in the FSA, which will use pre-tax dollars to cover certain out of pocket medical expenses and/or dependent care expenses.

Work/Life Options
Employees have access to a wide variety of benefits and services meant to help balance work/life responsibilities. Services include backup child and adult/elder care options (with no co-pay), referral services for children, adult/elders and pets; discount options on childcare and a wide variety of entertainment services; a wellness rebate and an online wellness library.

Paid Time Off
Employees can manage their own time off with a “bank” of PTO days accrued each year, and increasing with tenure. These PTO days can be used as sick days, personal days, or vacation days.

Flexible Hours
Employees may schedule their hours based on a combination of the needs of their job responsibilities, the needs of the company, and their personal responsibilities. 
 
Health & Wellness Program
Employees may be reimbursed up to $30 per month for various health and wellness-related activities.

Adoption Assistance
Employees who meet specific criteria are eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $2,000 toward their total adoption expenses.

Full-time employees receive seven (7) formally paid holidays, as well as various informal paid holidays, as determined by the CEO throughout the year.
