Sales Support Specialist
General Purpose: To support the Sales Team
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Sales Support:
• Assist the Sales Team in the preparation of formal proposals based on specific prospective client information, including data input, logo, “look over,” printing, binding, shipping and confirmation of receipt by client, in an expedient and appropriate manner.
• Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for all sales activities including, but not limited to, proposals, timing, location, size of client, follow-up, pricing, status.
• Coordinate logistics of weekly Sales Meetings including scheduling, preparing, the agenda, coordinating with IT if needed, taking notes and posting them on SharePoint (company intranet).
• Coordinate and manage sales calendar of meetings, conferences, and webinars/seminars.
• Coordinate prospective client presentations including materials, confirmations, logistics, staffing, and all other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate logistics for all tradeshows/conferences.
• Initiate, coordinate, collect and report on all pertinent event results data including, attendance, registrations, feedback, client contact and general successes as appropriate.
• Disseminate leads to appropriate Sales Rep as required.
• Determine what materials are needed for TS/Conferences (i.e. quantity of business cards, sales pieces and sales packets).
• Responsible for implementing any and all edits and changes to the proposal template.
• Maintain the Sales page on SharePoint (company intranet).
Sales/Account Management Support:
• Schedule center visits for members of the Sales and Account Management Team.
• Responsible for all mapping needs for pre-sale and re-map requests.
• Assist Account Management Team with all proposals needed for “up-sell” opportunities (includes designing and editing the proposal template).
• Responsible for covering Account Management support functions for Jr. Account Manager in their absence.
• Other projects as assigned.
Provider Relations Support:
• Update the Provider Training manual quarterly.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
• Recent college graduate ok
• Preferred 1-2 yrs. previous administrative experience in an office setting (i.e. internship), ideally in a sales support role
