More Employers Offer Backup Care Benefit

Back up care provides someone to watch a sick child -- or other member of the family. Nationally, the number of workers with this benefit doubled in the last year. The University of Denver recently signed up. Dick Gartrell is the director of Human Relations for DU and Cindy Carrillo is the founder of Work Options Group. They speak to Dan Meyers.
