Work Options Group was founded by Cindy Carrillo in 1986, with the primary intent of providing work and family-related consulting services to employers of all sizes. The company soon began offering an in-house childcare resource referral program called the Care Connection, and later expanded services to include backup care, adult and elder care, pet care, wellness programs and discount services. In 1994, Work Options Group began focusing on the provision of backup care to corporate clients nationwide. Due to the company’s successful business model, combined with the unmet demand for national backup care for all ages, Work Options Group’s core business Backup Care Options has become the most comprehensive backup care program available.
Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Superior, Colorado, the company continues to grow in number of employees and revenue, in order to continually provide a proven solution for working families. In its 21st year of operation, Work Options Group remains a thriving, award-winning organization that adheres to the highest levels of integrity and dedication to its clients.
